XLN Audio AB, a Swedish limited liability company with organisational number 556680-1444 ("XLN Audio", "we", "us" or "our") processes your personal data as a data controller when you visit our Merch Shop, make a purchase, or otherwise contact us. The Merch Shop is powered by Shopify. As a result, some of your personal data is also processed by Shopify in order to operate the store. Please review Shopify's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

To improve our store and services — analysing usage patterns and store performance to improve your shopping experience. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: contract period and 12 months thereafter, after which data is aggregated and anonymised.

To market our products and services — sending newsletters or promotional communications if you have opted in. Legal basis: legitimate interest or consent (where required). Retention: 2 years from the date collected or your last contact with us. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

To establish or defend legal claims — if a dispute arises. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: as long as necessary to resolve the matter.

Shopify — as our e-commerce platform provider, Shopify processes data necessary to operate the store, handle payments, and provide platform services. Shipping and fulfilment partners — we share your name and delivery address with the carriers and fulfilment partners required to deliver your order.
