Refund policy
XLN Audio offers a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you'd like to initiate a return, please ensure your item is unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages & Issues
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us right away so we can assess the situation and find the best resolution for you.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right product is to return your original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for what you need.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. The same conditions apply — the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction on their end.
