Shipping policy
All XLN Audio merch is produced on demand and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means your order is made specifically for you when you place it — we don't hold stock. Please read the information below so you know what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the European Union and the United States.
Fulfillment Time
Before your order ships, it needs to be produced. On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. This is the time it takes for your item to be printed, checked, and packed — it does not include shipping time. Most orders move quickly — over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within the EU
Standard: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
United States
Standard: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Adding fulfillment time, you should expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–9 business days under standard shipping in most cases. Express shipping reduces the delivery portion of that window to 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a few hours after receiving this email for tracking to become active.
Customs and Import Charges
To minimise the likelihood of customs fees, Printful fulfills EU orders from European facilities and US orders from US facilities. However, in some cases an order may be shipped from a facility in a different region, in which case customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processes or fees, and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply.
Delays
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather or public holidays. If your order's estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven't received it, please allow a few extra days before getting in touch, as shipments can occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at merch@xlnaudio.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any costs associated with re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
